Cabin Crew Interview 2017 | Questions & Sample Answers

IndiGo is a low-cost airline headquartered at GurugramHaryanaIndia. It is the largest airline in India by passengers carried and fleet size, with a 39.8% market share as of January 2017. It is also the largest individual Asian low-cost carrier in terms of jet fleet size and passengers carried, and the eighth largest carrier in Asia with over 41 million passengers carried in 2016. The airline operates to 46 destinations. It has its primary hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.
So if in indigo airline as a cabin crew we can get a good carrier opportunity and better carrier option's--

Q.1 Why are you leaving the present company?
According to me we can not grow in the field without taking more responsibilities and risks and also we can’t enhance our team leading capabilities, managerial skills without expose to wide range of people.
Q.2 Tell me about your self?
My name is ABC. I have completed my “Degree” in “Course” from “Institute” .  Intermediate & SSC from “Place” in CBSE board with first class marks.
Q.3 Why should we employ you as cabin crew at XYZ Airlines?
The airline has ordered many new aircraft and is progressing well. So I want to be part of that and also one of my friends worked for you and recommended me to apply as she thought I would fit in with the company ideals. 
Q.4 What do you think about Teamwork?
I enjoy teamwork and am used to shift work. I think I would adapt well to the role. I  am looking for new challenges and I know I would learn a lot as cabin crew, not just  about people and places, but skills like first aid too, how can I help others with in my  limits.
 Q.5 Are you applying for other airlines?
Although I have applied for other airlines – this is the airline I want to work for most as it has a professional image and I always hear positive comments about the airline, so it would definitely be a great place for me to start as cabin crew.
Q.6 Can you give us an example of when you have provided excellent customer service?
Long time ago in a restaurant, the lady didn’t know what to eat for dessert, so I described each dish to her and she was trying to decide between two so I asked the chef if it was ok for her to have a small piece of each – she was very happy with that !

Q.7 How would you deal with being away from your friends and family for long periods of time when working as cabin crew?
I know it is not so easy to go away from my friends and family but I understand that it is necessary for the job. And also it is a good have some time away and learn new things.
Q.8 What did you dislike about your old job?
Try to avoid any pin point , like never say “i did not like my manager or I did not like environment or I did not like team” Never use negative terminology. Try to keep focus on every thing was good , I just wanted to make change for proper growth.
Q.9 Would you like doing repetitive work?
Why not, I am not only doing a repetitive work but also earning but also getting a good salary by the company. And second thing is that nothing is interesting in the life till we are not interested.
Q.10 Tell us something about your current job responsibilities?
As I am a fresher just passed out my graduation so still I don’t have any work experience but I only want is a chance to prove myself.
